Creating CCMV Roadmap 2.0
Establishing
A Global Practitioner and Leader Network platform for dissemination, action research, and practitioner training.
Developing
And working with researchers from economically marginalized groups, who otherwise could not afford to take on our mission as volunteers.
Critical R&D Projects
Conduct and analyze, and edit-for-publication, 10-15 interviews with C-Suite executives in companies that are well down the path of Co-Creating Mutual Value with the ecosystem partners.
Develop 10-15 exemplar stories from the literature.
Compile research findings (insights for success with CCMV) from the above and get feedback from our practitioner network.
Research other methodologies for improving the bottom line by building a better world.
Incorporate our findings from the above to create Roadmap v2
Developing Our Global Practitioner/Leader Network Projects
Deepen existing and develop new relationships with sustainability and ESG practitioners, organization development consultants and organization designers, etc. to build excitement about the CCMV Roadmap and how they could apply it with their businesses or clients.
Create all necessary in person and on-line training programs and supporting materials (including requisite technology) to enable network members to adroitly use the Roadmap with their clients and businesses
Develop an effective process by which the network can offer feedback on the Roadmap which we will use to continually improve it.
